BEST TIME TO SERVE
AFTERNOON - EVENING
This excellent organic tea is made from the top two leaves and a bud that were plucked in early spring, wilted, and dried in the sun before the buds could blossom. This organic tea from North East India has green to brown leaves with plenty of buds that display a very light green nearly grey white tint and are coated in a delicate velvety down. The pale yellow infusion has a mellow, vegetal flavor and a gentle, lasting scent.
Take 180 ml or 3/4th cup of water.
For best infusion, get the water temperature right to 80’C-85’C (176’F-181’F)
QUANTITY OF LEAVES
Use 2-3 g or 1 tsp. of loose leaves.
Infuse the leaves for 2-3 mins.
