For best infusion, get the water temperature right to 90’C-95’C (194’F-199’F)

Use 2-3 g or 1 tsp. of loose leaves.
Infuse the leaves for 2-3 mins.
Can be served with dash of milk.

Pabhojan Tea Estate is located in the Barparthar area of the Golaghat district of Assam, in the Dhansiri subdivision (India). It is a 108-year-old tea garden with high-quality clones and oldest seeded tea plants. Pabhojan tea is free from the use of chemical fertilisers. Pabhojan is an IMO-certified organic garden.
