Description
Black tea from the famous Darjeeling region of India. This summer harvest tea comes to us from one of our favourites Gidapahar Tea Estate. The tea leaves grown slowly in the high altitudes and has more time to develop their unique Darjeeling flavour. This one has sweet, white grape or dessert wine fragrance, slightly earthy, and smooth, sweet-tangy flavour with a more gentle astringency than typical for these teas.STEEPING INSTRUCTION
We believe tea should be brewed to suit your personal taste. We’re happy to make recommendations to get you started. When brewing your tea, your main considerations are tea quantity, water temperature, and steeping time. To prepare a superior cup of Black Tea use one spoon(2-3 g.) of tea per 180 ml. of water with temperature of 90-95 'C and steep is for 2-3 Min.
