Description
One of the healthiest herbal tea on earth. Butterfly Pea Flower is also called Aprajita in Assam. The blue tea plant, Clitoria Ternatea, is packed with health-boosting antioxidants. One such antioxidant is proanthocyanidin, which is responsible for increasing blood flow to the capillaries of the eyes. This makes blue tea effective in treating retinal damage, glaucoma, or blurred vision. This blue tea is blended with exotic green tea and blue pea flower having a delicate vegetal flavour. When the dried flowers are brewed, the drink turns to a delightful blue. If you then squeeze a slice of lemon into the tea, it magically turns from blue to purple right before your eyes. This drink can be mixed with syrup, honey, and lemon to give you that sweet, herbal taste.Ingredients

STEEPING INSTRUCTION
We believe tea should be brewed to suit your personal taste. We’re happy to make recommendations to get you started. When brewing your tea, your main considerations are tea quantity, water temperature, and steeping time. To prepare a superior cup of Blue Tea use half spoon(1-1.5 g.) of tea steep for 2 to 3 minutes in water heated to not-quite-boiling, just as bubbles begin to form on the bottom of the pan (approximately 80-85'C). Try not to steep your tea longer than necessary, as you’ll extract undesirable bitterness from the leaves. If you want a stronger brew, don’t steep longer, just use more tea.
