To make a superior cup of tea, take 180 ml or 3/4th cup of water.
TEMPERATURE
For best infusion, get the water temperature right to 90’C-95’C (194’F-199’F)
QUATITY
Use 2-3 g or 1 tsp. of loose leaves for the optimum flavor.
TIME
Infuse the leaves for 2-3 mins.
CODIMENT
Can be served with dash of milk.
